I feel very-very healthy inside and out because of self-love. Waking up, I spend time thanking each body part for bringing me this far in life. The immense gratitude from this small task generates a big smile to start my day. I love Marshall today, not in an arrogant way but a kind, caring and compassionate way. I know I’m worth it. I feel a deep since of self-connection, empathy and awareness of my needs/feelings. This all has helped me connect with others, being fully present, while actively listening.
There is a calming and peaceful practice I do regularly as well. I simply take a deep breath through my nose, filling my whole body with fresh air, then slowly exhaling while sending love, gratitude and compassion out to our Universe with arms wide open.
