If you send me a book, I promise to read it and then write about my thoughts. I have received many books this year so far and am working diligently to read them all (many are academic and lengthy in nature) and will write about each and every one of them. However, I’m running into a problem, I don’t know who they’re coming from!
I would at least like to thank the person(s) who is taking the time to send me something, but I do not get receipts that tell me who sent me a book, it is literally anonymous, which I am not a fan of. Regardless, I’m gonna read them all and write about each one and if I cannot attribute a specific thank you…my apologies, but I don’t have any way to find out whom to thank unless someone tells me.
My latest book mystery arrival: “Thinking Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman.
Right now I am chewing through a book by Howard Gardner ‘Frames of Mind”, which is heavy reading and a Sociology textbook by Cengage…
I have many in the queue, please be patient with me!
To contact me you must be a humanist…
“A real humanist can be identified more by his trust in the people, which engages him in their struggle, then by a thousand actions in their favor without that trust.” (“Pedagogy of the Oppressed” by Paulo Freire )
