I must have died and gone to heaven! I just made pepperoni pizza calzones! From scratch!
I took saltine crackers and powdered them and added warm water to make a dough ball. Then, I rolled it out using a pill bottle into a circle, coated it in pasta sauce, a little mozzarella cheese (it is non dairy and doesn't melt, but it works), and pepperoni slices.
Then I pressed it in half and finally found a good use for a spork, I pressed the edges together and cooked it.
It held together wonderfully and it was so good, I think I piddled a little bit.
If your food is so good you wee a bit during every bite, yeah baby, good job!
